Angela has been changing and improving our systems since she stepped into her role. She was one of the first people to get us rolling on DocuSign, she continues to look for new ways for us to complete our jobs more efficiently. After the Carol Ave rehab, Angela took it upon herself to create a packet for the returning residents with all the information for their new and improved homes including manuals, quick tips, FAQ’s. This extra effort was very well received and appreciated by residents and ownership.
