Maloney Properties provides highly customized property management and resident services for over 20 senior housing communities in Greater Boston, Central MA, and Burlington, VT. Our Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) and staff play an essential role in the creation of many of these vibrant, successful senior communities.

Maloney RSCs draw on the experience and expertise of our industry-leading resident services team to ensure that each resident has access to the support and resources they need to navigate their unique challenges and live their very best lives. Some examples include assisting residents with:

• referrals and assessments of services including meals, transportation, homemaking, companionship, personal care, laundry, grocery shopping and many more.

• navigating complicated programs such as Medicare, MassHealth, and Social Security.

• addressing issues, barriers and behaviors that may put residents at risk of eviction.

Additionally, our RSCs develop, promote and facilitate social programming that is engaging, educational, enriching and fun. The social interactions and sense of community built in these activities and events greatly reduce loneliness and enrich resident’s lives.

Maloney’s Resident Services staff provide a consistent friendly face to acknowledge each resident and let them know that they are an important part of the community. Further, getting to know residents individually allows Maloney RSCs to accurately assess needs in real time, often being the first to identify changes and facilitate successful early intervention and care.
