Maloney Sponsors 25th Annual NERSC Conference
Team Maloney recently joined hundreds of resident services professionals at the 26th annual New England Resident Service Coordinators (NERSC) Conference at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. Each year, this conference is held to honor and appreciate RSCs throughout New England and the country. As the official conference sponsor for the past five years, Maloney is proud of the outstanding participation of our team at this conference each year. The conference offers three days of exceptional keynote speakers, interactive workshops and innovative learning opportunities. The conference also serves as an important opportunity for RSCs to connect with one another, share valuable ideas and experiences, and stay in the know on the latest trends.

Annually at NERSC, the Excellence in Service Award is presented to an RSC who is nominated by their peers and recognized for going above and beyond. Highlighted as the “embodiment of a resident services professional” for her outstanding commitment to her community and residents, we are proud to share that Marie Carver of Maloney Properties was this year’s Excellence in Service Award recipient. Marie has been with Maloney Properties for over 30 years. She is fiercely dedicated with a kindhearted, gentle nature and contagiously fun spirit. Marie has also attended every NERSC Conference for the past 26 years since its inception. We are so thankful to have Marie as part of Team Maloney and congratulate her on this wonderful achievement!
