Maloney Properties, Inc. (MPI) recently hosted over fifty of our superintendents, mechanics, and other maintenance personnel for a comprehensive training in electrical, hot water heating, and cooling and ventilation systems. The day long training, held at the Downtown Boston Courtyard Marriot, included presentations from Markarian Electric, Chiller Technologies, and Cullen Mechanical.
Each presentation was followed by a question and answer session. Those sessions, along with follow-up surveys of participants, have shown an excellent professional understanding of complex building systems. This knowledge helps MPI staff to keep building systems running optimally, which maximizes energy efficiency and system reliability—a win-win for clients, residents, and the environment.
