Maloney Properties is pleased to announce the expansion of our Senior Executive Team with the addition of two new Regional Managers

WELLESLEY, MA (Dec. 9, 2020) – Maloney Properties is pleased to announce the promotions of Yasmari Barros and Marisa Cummings to our Senior Executive Team. As Maloney expands our services to new communities across the Northeast, each of these highly experienced Regional Managers brings an impressive and broad skillset to the team, including strong leadership and organizational capacity, comprehensive and detailed industry knowledge, and innovative approaches to problem solving.

As Maloney adds large residential communities and commercial properties to our growing management portfolio, we continually seek top talent for our award-winning teams of real estate professionals. Today we’re delighted to share the news that two of our own have been promoted to Maloney’s Senior Executive Team.

Yasmari Barros has been promoted to Regional Manager and will oversee a large portfolio of multifamily housing throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Ms. Barros joined Maloney Properties in 2017 with more than 10 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. Ms. Barros has played an integral role in the highly successful onboarding of more than 900 new units into Maloney’s management portfolio.

Marisa Cummings has been promoted to Regional Manager and will oversee a large portfolio of multifamily and senior housing properties in Greater Boston and Cambridge. Ms. Cummings joined Maloney Properties in 2017 with more than 15 years of property management experience, and her innovative approach builds strong, efficient, and highly productive site teams.
