The article, “Building for High Demand – Nonprofit Organization Works to Build, Preserve Affordable Housing in Boston,” highlights ACDC’s work at One Greenway (formerly Parcel 24), and their success including market-rate components in new mixed-income housing developments in the Chinatown neighborhood of Boston.
