Maloney Properties, Inc. (MPI) has been selected to provide property management services for new affordable housing in Mattapan, MA. Caribbean Integration Community Development (CICD) and the Planning Office for Urban Affairs are collaborating to develop and construct this much needed housing resource.
The CICD is a housing and community development organization that creates affordable housing in Boston neighborhoods with large Caribbean-American populations. The CICD focus is on high-impact opportunities to enhance the socio-economic well-being for local working families.
The Planning Office for Urban Affairs is a non-profit housing developer affiliated with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. Their mission is to serve as a catalyst for social justice through housing development and neighborhood revitalization.
