Celebrating Leadership and Commitment to Affordable Housing: Kathy Tyrrell Luce, Executive Vice President, Receives Prestigious Award

We are proud to share that Kathy Tyrrell Luce, Executive Vice President/Partner, was presented with the Brenda Torpy Founders Award at Champlain Housing Trust’s (CHT) Annual Meeting in Burlington, VT on February 13th. More than 350 people attended the annual event, including colleagues from Maloney. This honor recognizes Kathy’s many years of service and contributions to the mission of CHT and to affordable housing. The award pays tribute to Kathy’s decades of work, and recognizes that Kathy is, in everything she does, a stalwart champion of community and affordable housing. Her impact will continue long into the future.

This award also recognizes the many years of our strong collaboration working alongside the Northgate Residents Ownership Corporation (NROC) at Northgate, The NROC Board and the entire team at Northgate have poured heart and soul into their work, and we could not be prouder of their accomplishments.
