Maloney Selected to manage Monahan Manor in Nashua, NH
Maloney Properties has been selected by the Nashua Housing and Redevelopment Authority (NHRA) to manage Monahan Manor, a brand-new mixed-income rental community in Nashua, NH. Monahan Manor will include 216 newly constructed 1-5 bedroom rental apartments, community, fitness and business centers, and an onsite Head Start program. This new community will replace 48 units of existing public housing with 206 affordable apartments available to eligible households at 30% and 60% of area median income and 10 market-rate units. This exciting community redevelopment project is being co-developed by Boston Capital Development and NHRA, and it has been financed with low income housing tax credits. Monahan Manor is on schedule to be occupied by the end of 2023.
