As President and CEO, Janet Frazier has guided Maloney Properties into position as an industry leader offering comprehensive real estate services that positively impact the communities we serve. Under her stewardship, Maloney has expanded the company to manage over 10,000 housing units across the Northeast, supported by a highly skilled team of over 450 real estate professionals. The firm’s brokerage division has become a regional leader in the marketing of affordable housing, while its development entity is renowned for navigating complex regulatory landscapes to deliver successful outcomes for property owners, residents and communities. Additionally, Ms. Frazier oversees Maloney’s consulting services, providing expertise in financial restructuring, tenant selection, and customized property management solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

A founding partner of Maloney Properties, Ms. Frazier served as COO from 1981 until assuming her current role in 2000. She is also a licensed real estate broker and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Ms. Frazier is deeply committed to building successful communities by providing services rooted in respect for people, including owners, residents, staff and members from the wider community. Additionally, she serves on the boards of the Franklin Square House Foundation, in support of shelter for homeless women and children; and the MetroHousing|Boston, the largest regional provider of rental assistance for vulnerable populations in Massachusetts.
