We know for sure that MPI staff are the superheroes of the property management industry, but this year we hope to prove it!
In early May several of our staff will be attending the 18th Annual Conference of New England Resident Service Coordinators (NERSC), which is being held in Hartford, CT. The conference provides education and training to RSCs and property management professionals regarding the latest trends and important topics in serving residents in affordable housing.
This year, one of the keynote speakers at NERSC is Matt Paxton, from the hit tv show “Hoarders”, in addition to a wide array of informative workshops on other related topics. This is also a great opportunity for networking and sharing ideas and experiences!
The theme of the conference this year is Making the Difference: Championing for our Residents, and the theme of the welcome dinner is Showing Your Superpower, complete with superhero regalia (stay tuned for pictures)!
